Problem
A Smart India Hackathon project: an academia-industry portal that matches students' skills against what industry needs.
Approach
Planned, not built: skill-gap matching, an explainable Placement Readiness Score, a Career Path Simulator, peer benchmarking and a separate academician role. Planned stack is React, Tailwind, Supabase, and FastAPI with sentence-transformers.

Idea and solution submitted. No prototype and no repository yet.
